Pilates for a Healthy Spine
Learn a basic Pilates routine that can be done anywhere to help build and maintain core strength, as well as open the legs and hips. The focus is maintaining a safe and stable spine, while promoting core strength and flexibility in the legs and hips.

Pilates is the perfect cross conditioning for Golfers. Both disciplines require a finely tuned body-mind connection. Learn exercises to engage your core, mobilize your spine and ultimately strengthen your game.

Specialty Pilates Mat Classes
*These 50 minute Mat classes are designed to review and flow through the exercises taught in the corresponding workshop, however participation in the workshop is not a prerequisite.
Pilates for a Healthy Back * 50 minutes, cost $18.

Stretch and be Stretched Workshops
Partner’s Stretch I
Learn hands on techniques for stretching another person while protecting your own body. Anna’s approach is based on 13 years of Pilates and Thai Massage experience. Great for anyone interested in learning hands on techniques in a non-intimidating form of bodywork.
This introductory sequence involves leg and hip stretches.
Participants must be comfortable working on the floor, and wear comfortable exercise attire (no shorts). If you do not bring a partner one will be provided for you.
90 minutes, cost $40 per person $65 per couple
Partner’s Stretch II
A review of the leg and hip openers taught previously will warm participants up for the side lying sequence that addresses the back, chest, arms and finally the neck.
